The Baehr Challenge consists of teams of 2 or more participating in a 5k staggered-start obstacle course race designed for all fitness levels and all ages including individuals, families and people with Parkinson’s. Traverse a field of tires, crawl through tubes and a spider web, over walls, under nets, balance across a bridge, climb a hay bale mountain, jump over hay bales, maneuver an inflatable and run on a desert trail. You can choose to do the obstacle course only and not the run portion.

Mama Baehr says please remember to bring your own shade canopy, chair and/or blanket to sit on, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, lip balm, water, snacks, a few bucks to purchase raffle basket tickets and food and be prepared to have a morning of fun you will never forget.
Save time at registration check-in on event day, download and bring completed Liability Waiver and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire with you to the Obstacle Course Race.
Please note that participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and the Liability Waiver and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire must be signed by a parent or guardian at the event in order to participate.
The Baehr Challenge is one of the top Team Fox events in the Southwest and has raised over $120,000 since its inception in 2010 thanks to your continued support and participation.
